* Booking Tour for the Same Day as Arrival: If you planing booking your tour for the same day of your arrival in Iceland, there is a chance that you may miss the tour due to flight delays or other circumstances. Our cancellation policy requires notice of at least 24 hours, and in such cases, you wouldn’t be entitled to a rebooking or a refund. To avoid this potential issue, we recommend booking your tour for the day after your arrival, so that you have the opportunity to reschedule or cancel if necessary.

Due to the new regulations of the city of Reykjavik, tour companies are only allowed to stop at certain designated bus stop locations in the city center to pick up passengers, your pick up may be from the nearest bus stop to your accommodation.

  • Note that pickup is offered at all Reykjavik Hotels, Hostels and Guesthouses, Private Homes but you might have to make your way to the closest pickup location. Your Hotel reception will help you find it.

Additionally, please understand that we do not offer any form of refunds, whether partial or full, in the event that a sighting of the Northern Lights was not achievable during the tour.
