Note that the recent volcanic activity in Iceland is not causing any issues with arriving and departing from Iceland.
All regular tours and activities are operating as scheduled with the exception of Blue Lagoon visits and Reykjanes tours. The volcanic activity is limited to an area on the Reykjanes peninsula, with no effects on the capital area or other areas in Iceland.
In the case of any cancellations due to Blue Lagoon closures or other interruptions, a full refund will be provided.

04B - The Sea Horse

Are you short on time but longing for activities? On this tour you have the chance to experience two big beautiful animals on the same day, the horse and the whale! We start the tour by riding for 1.5-2 hours at our farm Vellir. After the riding tour we have light lunch at Hótel Eldhestar before driving you to the Whale Safari boat.


Please note: The tour is suitable for all levels of riding experience from beginners to advanced. During booking process, we ask our clients to inform us about their riding experience, which helps us to choose the right horse for everyone. Beginners and experienced riders ride together. We always try to tölt as much as possible, but do not gallop for safety reasons.

Attention

This tour is offered the whole year around. One-day tour includes a light lunch at Hotel Eldhestar and whale watching safari. Hotel pick-up in Reykjavik every day between 08:00 – 08:30. Return to Reykjavík ca. 16:45. Note that pick up from hótels in Seltjarnarnes, Hafnarfjörður, Kópavogur and Mosfellsbær is at 7:45 and pick up from Hveragerði and Selfoss is at 8:45. Please double check your booking a day or two before arrival for the pick up location, as the bus stops may change without notice. Please let us know if there are any dietary needs like if there are allergies or vegetarians.
